Submit a Real Wedding
Are you a couple who recently tied the knot in the Philippines? A wedding planner, photographer, or vendor with a love story worth sharing? We’d love to feature your work or your big day on the Cebu Wedding and Event Suppliers (CWES) blog.
Every wedding has its own story and we’re here to help you tell it.
Who can submit?
We welcome submissions from:
- Couples
- Wedding planners and coordinators
- Photographers and videographers
- Stylists, florists, and other suppliers
If your event took place in Cebu or nearby islands and involved local vendors, it’s a perfect fit.
what are we looking for?
We feature weddings that are:
- Held in the Philippines (especially Cebu)
- Documented with clear, high-quality images
- Showcasing personal details, cultural elements, or creative styling
- Worked on by professional and trusted suppliers (bonus if they’re listed on CWES!)
what to submit?
Please prepare the following:
A Google Drive or OneDrive link to 50–60 clear, high-resolution photos (640px wide, 72dpi)
Include: ceremony, reception, couple portraits, entourage, details, and candid moments
Names and links of all wedding suppliers involved. Download template here: Supplier List Template
A short story or background of the wedding (we’ll help shape it into a blog post)
Vimeo or YouTube link for wedding video (optional)
Permission from the couple and photographer to publish

- Fill out our Real Wedding Submission Form
