Every year, CWES recognizes the wedding and event suppliers doing the best work in Cebu, across twelve categories, decided by the people who see that work firsthand.
Not a public poll. Not a paid placement. A ranked list built from the judgment of Cebu’s working wedding planners, combined with our own editorial review.
How Winners Are Decided
Every category is scored the same way:
75% comes from Cebu’s wedding planners and coordinators, who name and rank the suppliers they’ve personally worked with and would confidently recommend.
25% comes from CWES editorial review, based on a supplier’s CWES listing: profile completeness, reviews from couples, portfolio quality, and recent activity.

The Categories
Twelve categories are recognized each year:
Photographers · Videographers · Florists & Event Stylists · Hair & Makeup Artists · Hosts · Venues · Music & Entertainment · Cake Designers · Booths & Guest Experience · Bridal Gown Designers · Sounds & Lights · Planners & Coordinators
The Planners & Coordinators category is decided separately, by the confirmed winners of the other eleven categories, and always closes the series.

Planner nominations open September 15, 2026. Category results are published from November through the Planners & Coordinators finale in December.

For Suppliers
You don’t need to be registered on CWES to be nominated by a planner. But the editorial portion of your score is based on your CWES listing, so an updated profile with real reviews gives your work somewhere to be seen.
